Adapting Silviculture for a Changing Climate

A full-day technical workshop dedicated to the future of climate smart forestry in the Acadian Forest region.

How can we grow more resilient forest that can adapt to a changing climate? How can we manage our forests? Explore these issues at Adapting Silviculture for a Changing Climate .

Over the past 8 years, Community Forests International has worked to deliver projects that both mitigate the effects of climate change and build the capacity of rural landowners to manage their lands for carbon storage and climate resilience. At this full-day event, Community Forests International welcomes forest practitioners, researchers, woodlot owners, government representatives and students to learn about and share innovations in the climate-smart forestry realm.

More information on the workshop schedule and presentations coming soon.
