Rural Issues Workshop #3: Matthew Hayes (Sociology, Saint Thomas University) – “Into the universe of the Hacienda: Lifestyle migration, individualism and social dislocation in Vilcabamba, Ecuador”

All faculty, students and interested members of the Fredericton and wider New Brunswick communities are invited to the Rural Issues Workshop series, which will run Fall 2017 and Winter 2018.

This workshop series addresses the topic of rural issues, broadly conceived. Workshop attendees should read the paper, and come prepared with comments or questions. The paper and workshop schedule is available at http://ruralissues.ext.unb.ca .

The workshop will take place on the Second Floor of the UNB Fredericton Grad House (Windsor Castle Bar) located at 676 Windsor St.

After the workshop, a light dinner will be served.
