Gregorio Acjot Sosof has worked for the Mesoamerican Permaculture Institute since its foundations in the early 2000s, he has been involved with all aspects of the organization from the seed bank to community workshops to experimenting with and maintaining the Institute’s demonstration centre. He is passionate about permaculture and has transformed a small family coffee plantation into a diverse food forest, with over 40 different edible species.
