NB Media Co-op: Celebrating 10 years of cooperative journalism [video]

Some of the founders of the NB Media Co-op enjoying The Brief in the early days of the NB Media Co-op.

Ten years ago on New Brunswick Day, August 3, 2009, at a gathering at Wilmot Park in Fredericton, the NB Media Co-op was launched. In this video, hear from current and past board members, organizers and supporters about why the NB Media Co-op is important to them and to New Brunswick. The video was produced by University of New Brunswick Arts 3000 intern Shanthi Bell. Here’s to another decade of independent media for social justice and equality!
