He writes on popular culture, politics and psychoanalysis. Raluca Bejan is an Assistant Professor in Social Work at St. Thomas University.\nWhat is a tertulia? A tertulia can be described as a literary and artistic social gathering or philosophy cafe where participants talk about ideas.
