Civil Liberties Association, and a long time organizer in Vancouver with No One Is Illegal, Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre, Vancouver’s annual Women’s Memorial March, Indigenous-land initiatives, and movements that advocate feminism, fight racism, and oppose modern capitalism.\nGary Kinsman, longtime queer liberation, AIDS, anti-oppression and anti-capitalist activist. He is a member of the AIDS Activist History Project, and the No Pride in Policing Coalition, the co-author of The Canadian War on Queers: National Security as Sexual Regulation (2010), and author of The Regulation of Desire: Homo and Hetero Sexualities (1996), among others.\nOmiSoore Dryden, is the James R. Johnston Chair in Black Canadian Studies, Faculty of Medicine, and Associate Professor in the Department of Community Health & Epidemiology, Dalhousie University.
