SUMMARY:Virtual UNB/MWC Pow-Wow – In honour of the MMIWG
DESCRIPTION:\nDue to our inability to have our UNB/MWC Pow-Wow in person this year, we are hoping to provide a virtual experience for those of you who wish to participate.\nEach day between Dec 1st – 5th an MWC member will post on this group page the category that participants can upload their videos to in the comments below.\nAnyone in this group can vote with a “like, love, care.” People can vote on multiple videos, but whichever video has the most “reactions” will win that category.\nAny “angry faces and laughing faces” will count towards the votes as I will assume the voter had a slip of the finger.\nCash prizes will be determined based on how many participants we get and how varied the age groups are per category.\nThere are a limited amount of UNB Pow-wow shirts and water bottles available (Baseball with red sleeves: Sizes are Small – 3XL) We hope to send one to each of you who posts a video but sizes and quantity are limited.\nAny drummer/drum group and/or dancer MWC has hired before for our pow-wows please reach out to me with your sizes if you’d like a shirt and I will do my best to get a shirt to you before the week of the Indigital Pow-Wow.\n(starlit.simon@unb.ca) or “Starlit Simon” on facebook.\n
