During this session, we will delve into the pressing concerns of migrant food workers in New Brunswick.\nThe lives of migrant food workers in our communities remain largely unknown to most residents, despite their profound impact on our food system. Niger Saravia and Sonia Aviles from the Migrant Workers Alliance for Change will help us to understand temporary foreign work, the fight for #StatusForAll, processing plants and labour rights for migrant workers in New Brunswick.\nBy attending this event, you’ll gain valuable insight into the lives of those who play a key role in our food system.
