Screening of “One of Ours” – A Story of Private Fred Lee at UNB’s Tilley Hall
The Asian Heritage Society of New Brunswick is delighted to invite the community to join in celebrating Asian Heritage Month 2025, a vibrant tribute to cultural diversity and community building. This year, nearly 20 special events have been organized by Asian Canadian communities across New Brunswick to highlight the voices, talents, and contributions of Asian Canadians who have enriched this land and continue to shape our shared future.
The public is warmly invited to attend the Opening Ceremony:

📅 Friday, May 2, 2025 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Guests will enjoy the launch of the ExplorAsia exhibit, which highlights Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy, alongside a visual art exhibition featuring talented young Asian artists. Light refreshments with Asian-inspired fare will be served.

May 17 | 2:00–4:00 PM – Chinese Compositions Charity Concert

May 24 | 6:30 PM – Asian Cultural Gala at the Fredericton Playhouse, including the premiere of “I am from Asia”
