Legal aspects of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS): It’s time to catch up to the science

This event serves as a space for people from diverse backgrounds to exchange knowledge and collaborate in finding innovative solutions to break down barriers and promote inclusivity.

On behalf of the Environmental Health Association of Quebec (EHAQ), the Environmental Health Association of Canada (EHAC), the ARCH Disability Law Center, NB Lung, the Council of Canadians with Disabilities, and in collaboration with the Canadian Environmental Network (RCEN), and New Brunswick Coalition of Persons with Disabilities (NBCPD), we are pleased to invite you to attend our upcoming workshops on Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), as part of the ‘Empowering Community and Removal of Barriers (ECRoB)’ project. The ECRoB project, funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Social Development Partnerships Program – Disability, was created to educate and raise awareness on the disability of MCS.

Topics Covered: Access to justice, the duty to accommodate, practical strategies for an accessible practice as it relates to the disability of MCS.
