Lorneville Community Unites to Oppose New Industrial Park
Residents of Lorneville, Saint John are uniting to oppose the development of a new 1590-acre heavy industrial park they say poses a serious threat to their coastal community. A public rally will be held on May 11, 2025 in uptown Saint John to demand greater transparency, stronger safeguards for public health and the environment, and genuine community engagement from municipal and provincial decision-makers.
