Norelice Mboutou: Creating for Change
Join the UNB Department of Culture & Media Studies’ Media Artist in Residence, Norelice Mboutou, for a presentation that will explore the idea of “Creating for Change.” In this public showcase, Mboutou will share her unique journey from engineer to artist and graphic designer. She will present the key projects that have marked her artistic development and new directions in her practice. Mboutou will also discuss the integration of AI into her practice and explain how she applies values such as diversity, accessibility and eco-responsibility to her work. The talk will end with a Q&A session. The event will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 23th at 7pm in Carleton Hall, Room 139, 19 Macaulay Lane, Fredericton. Free Parking.
