TBACollectiveMarch2TBA Collective is happy to announce its 3rd Annual Winter Warmer Dance Party, taking place at the Aberdeen Cultural Centre in Moncton on Saturday, March 2, 2013. This year’s festivities will include an eclectic mix of music provided by the DJerry, DJ Bing, DJ Someone Else’s iPod and DJ Jare. The first floor doors open at 10 PM. Music will go from then until 2 AM.

Entrance is $8 or $6 with a costume. This Winter Warming Dance Party encourages costumes. In fact, best costume wins a ticket to MESStival 6!

The event promises to be “The warmest, winterest, danciest party you wil ever go to on March 2nd” says TBA event promoter, Dan Anderson, including a mix of lazers, digitally animated projections, light gel psychedelic lights, audio synchronized lights and an ambiance to enliven the coldest of bodies. The event is sponsored by Fredericton based beer brewing crew, Picaroons, offering their Winter Warmer beer along with their delicious Blonde Ale. The event is also sponsored by Moncton’s Film Zone, which produces the Festival international de cinéma francophone en Acadie (FICFA) film festival.

This event will be TBA’s first unofficial fundraiser for MESStival 6, their annual grassroots festival taking place August 9-11, 2013. This year, the independent music and arts festival’s grounds are being upgraded with improved infrastructure for light shows, live art and more camping facilities. “This year’s MESStival will definitely be the BESStival,” says property owner/coordinator Mike Ritchie.

Partners: This event will be taking place with the precious help of TBA Collective’s partners : Picaroon’s, Indie Pop Night and Film Zone.
