Leaders of Greens, Liberals and NDP talk gender equality, Higgs absent [video]

A bilingual party leaders’ forum on gender equality and economic issues took place on Friday afternoon at the Delta hotel in downtown Moncton, with Green Party Leader David Coon, Liberal Leader Susan Holt, and NDP Leader Alex White. Conservative Leader Blaine Higgs was absent and did not respond to a request for comment from the NB Media Co-op.

The event was presented by the NB Coalition for Pay Equity with the NB Multicultural Council, the NB Common Front for Social Justice, the Human Development Council, and the NB chapter of Child Care Now.
